All purchases made through kajalnaina.com are shipped in Hong Kong free of charge using SF Express.

How long Does it take for Delivery?

If the Jewellery is in stock at the time of order placement, order is dispatched within 2- 3 business days.

International Delivery takes around 5-7 working days depending on the country the item is being shipped to.

Delivery within Hong Kong takes about 2 working days.

On jewellery purchased on Back order, please allow 5-6 weeks for production and shipping.

Delivery of products outside Hong Kong depends on exactly where you live. KN can dispatch international orders within 2-3 working days, however we rely on service providers for secure delivery of your purchase. Keep in mind that purchases may also incur delays if held up at customs. Unfortunately this is out of our direct control.

FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING on order value above 1000 USD. Not applicable with discounts.

Flat international shipping fee of 30 USD only on orders less than 1000 USD.

If your order requires more than one shipment, you will be notified and tracking numbers will be supplied for the multiple packages. This service is subject to confirmation and depends on the urgency and request of the customer. An additional cost will apply.

PRIVATE COURIER (FEDEX)

All international orders are shipped via Private Courier. usually FEDEX. We aim to process your order (except bespoke orders) within 48 hours, except weekends, from the time you place your order and deliver it within 10 business days to all international addresses. Orders delivered within Hong Kong will be done within 2-3 business days.

Duties & Taxes

All international deliveries will be sent on a DDU basis (Delivery Duty Unpaid). This means you will be liable for any local sales taxes or import duties which may be charged on the delivery of your order in the country of import. We do not accept responsibility for any packages retained for customs inspections and delays caused thereafter.
